DFW Youth Leadership Forum 2024

What an extraordinary weekend it was at the  DFW Youth Leadership Forum 2024 hosted by the 5C Leadership Foundation, held at The University of Texas at Dallas - Naveen Jindal School of Management. This event served as an outstanding platform for nurturing and empowering the next generation of leaders to cultivate essential leadership skills for their future endeavors in workplaces, schools, and local communities.

It was a privilege to participate in a panel discussion and engage with students, where we had the opportunity to share insights into the project management profession and exchange personal stories. I was honored to be alongside fellow panelists Mei Lin, Michelle Scott Harris and Kimia Penton.

The forum also delved into a diverse range of timely and pertinent topics including Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, robotics, cloud computing, career pathways, project management, data science, storytelling, art, and innovation. The discussions facilitated by leaders from both industry and academia provided invaluable insights and perspectives for all participants. Thanks to Rebecca Caleb, Sam Mudro, Lisa Sun and other great speakers for sharing your inspiring stories.
