Call for Presentations
We are inviting submissions of high-quality presentations that contribute to the advancement of project management knowledge and best practices. We welcome presentations that:
- Present innovative ideas, concepts, and real-world experiences that offer fresh perspectives on project management.
- Provide valuable insights that enhance the understanding and application of project management methodologies, tools, and strategies.
- We will consider commercial sponsor related presentations (showcasing project management-related products, services) to be presented at selected times, based on sponsorship level. Contact [email protected] for more information on sponsor packages available.
- Have not been previously published or presented elsewhere, ensuring original contributions to the field
Please use this form to prepare your proposal to present at the PMI Dallas North Texas PM Conference. Refer to the Guidelines for Preparing Your Proposal Submission.
NOTE: WI-FI in the event venue will be available; however, accepted proposals should not plan on delivering an internet dependent presentation. Wireless internet connections are not reliable due to unexpected bandwidth limitations.
One co-presenter is permitted if needed, and that person's information should also be included at this stage. Provide the same details as noted above. Please note: if this proposal is accepted, changing or adding a co-presenter will not be allowed.
PRESENTER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF STANDARD CONDITIONS AGREEMENT | All submitters and co-presenters are required to agree to the PMI Dallas North Texas PM Conference Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Standard Conditions Agreement. Submitters will need to acknowledge the agreement and act on the behalf of their co-presenter in agreeing to the agreement when submitting a proposal to the Call for Presentations platform.
The deadline for submitting abstracts
- May 1, 2026 - Presentation Abstracts due.
- May 15, 2026 - Speakers selected, notified and ready to be announced on the website
- May 31, 2026 - Target to have Speaker line-up posted on the website
- June 1 thru September 15, 2026 - Communications and media campaign promoting each individual Speaker.
- July 31, 2026 - Presentation PowerPoint slides due.
