Speaker Biography
Rizwan A. Sheikh, PhD (Rizwan) is an experienced and internationally recognized senior project manager, management consultant and professor of corporate and business strategy, change management, leadership, project management, human resource management, and negotiation. He has been acknowledged globally as an innovative and dynamic leader, organizational development executive, management consultant, strategic thinker, executive trainer, thought leader, and entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving and meeting strategic targets.
He has been recognized as a leader and strategic thinker in establishing organizations with innovative business models, crafting learning and development strategies, creating and implementing the corporate strategy for global companies, developing and strengthening leaders and organizations, and providing world-class executive training, mentoring, coaching, and advising. He is also a recipient of the Microsoft Award for “Innovative Vision and Dynamic Leadership.”
He has spent over 25 years helping global companies meet the challenges of executing global business, organizational, leadership, and training strategies and programs. His work focuses on corporate and business strategy, leadership and organization development, change management, learning and development, creating high-performance teams, project management, business process reengineering, and culture change of global business operations.
