Speaker Biography: Americo Pinto is a relevant international expert in the PMO topic, with more than 25 years of experience in PMOs and Project Management as an Executive, Consultant, Professor, Researcher, Author and International Speaker. Americo is the founder and Chair of the PMO Global Alliance, the World's largest PMO community, with more than 12,000 members in over 120 countries. The PMO Global Awards has been launched by Americo Pinto in 2017 and became the greatest and most prestigious award for PMOs in the World.

Americo Pinto conceived and led the international project to develop the PMO VALUE RING methodology, based on a powerful database with the global PMO community's collective intelligence, and currently used by more than 28,000 professionals in over 90 countries. He is a co-founder of the second PMI Chapter in Brazil in 1999, and since then, he has been an active member and volunteer in several initiatives with dozens of PMI Chapters around the World. In recognition of his contributions to the project management area, he was the recipient of the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award in 2011 and, recently, named one of the top 50 World influencers in Project Management by Gray Campus. Americo Pinto is a Ph.D. candidate at the Rennes School of Business in France, where he does advanced research in PMOs.
