Leticia Ferrer is a Sr Program Manager, with Ericsson, a multinational networking and telecommunications company. She has a proven record of motivating others, driving business objectives, and effectively managing program deliveries.
Ms. Ferrer also a umbraphile, a person who chases Total Solar Eclipses all over the planet. She calls it a project manager’s hobby. Every 11-18 months she targets a Total Solar Eclipse somewhere on the planet. It’s a challenge of the “PM Triangle”, Scope, Cost, and immovable timeline toward a quality experience. To date she’s experienced 17 of these events and is targeting her next one on December 14, 2020 in Argentina. She is currently writing a book about the two next “Texas Solar Eclipses” in an annular 2023 and a Total in 2024
As a Dallas PMI Chapter Ambassador for Ericsson, she focuses on providing her co-workers with relevant information on the next Chapter meeting and PDU opportunities. On being a corporate ambassador, the benefits are expanding network throughout Ericsson, passionately promoting continuous learning, and being of help to fellow PMs.
