Dealing with People You Can’t Stand

A Workshop aimed at Managing Stakeholder Expectations

This workshop is partly based on the book by Dr. Rick Brinkman and Dr. Rick Kirschner - Dealing with People You Can’t Stand - however, you can never judge a book by its cover. Stakeholders come in all shapes, sizes, cultures and levels of experience. This two-hour workshop is aimed at providing participants with tools and skills to better manage stakeholders of all genres, utilizing practical exercise, skills and experiences that net positive outcomes and applies to many different personalities.

Workshop Overview

Utilizing sophisticated listening techniques to unlock the doors to people’s minds, hearts, and needs;
Applying take-charge skills that turn conflict into cooperation by reducing the difference between people;
Transforming destructive behaviors of different people into positive outcomes.
Learn expert tips that that help keep the chaos at bay and help you build and manage strong relationships with key business owners and project stakeholders.

Cancellations and Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be granted if request is submitted before the defined early bird deadline identified for the event. Partial refunds of 50% of the course registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received after the early bird deadline but prior to the day of delivery for the event. Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation Policy for additional information.
